The roller bearing seat is composed of a seat body and a bearing mounted in the seat body, a labyrinth inner and outer seal ring, and an outer ring and a large end face of the inner seal ring have an annular waterproof and dustproof cover at the corresponding end. The inner and outer seals have a labyrinth gap at the shroud.
Since the protective cover and the dust cover in the original structure are omitted, the structure is simple, the parts are reduced, the depth of the seat body is reduced, the material is saved, and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced. At the same time, by extending the gap and length of the labyrinth, the sealing effect is improved, and the service life of the roller can be extended.

Q2.What is the MOQ of your products?
A2:No MOQ for standard models we have stock. If we need to start production, MOQ will be normally 1000 pcs. We can also accept trial order of smaller qty for your first purchase.

Q3.Can you send me some free samples?
A3:Yes, we can provide some free samples, when they are in stock. Shipping cost will be paid by customers. We can ship with your express account or accept a shipment payment instead. If we don't have stock, we will double check on sample costs.
