HEAT RESISTANCE CONVEYOR BELT
Hot transported material can very easily damage the conveyor belt . To prevent possible damages, special high temperature resistance canvas with high modulus, low shrink and high breaking tensile strength is adopted as carcass. And EPDM rubber or Chloro-buty! Rubber with good heat-resistant performance is used as cover rubber. By mixing some other high-temperature resistance materials and with advanced technique, the belt made better performance in heat resistance. That not only solves the fabric shrinkage and deformation problems, but also avoids crucial poor adhesion problem caused by high degree of saturation of ethylene propylene rubber.
The belt is excellent in heat resistance, low elongation, light and with longer using life, etc.
Applications:
Cement industry, coking industry, metallurgic industry, steel industry ,etc.
Two circumstances are suggested to be considerer when choosing proper belts.
1.The different kinds and sizes of the granules of carrying materials will lead to different temperatures of the belt surface. The temperature of the surface of the belt is lower than that of the materials as there exist gaps among lumps of cokes or iron ores when conveying ,and the gaps lead to air conviction.
2.The temperatures between carrying materials and the belt surface almost remain the same level when materials are in a small size of granules or in powder such as cement, aluminum, carton black etc. Choosing a belt under such circumstance, not only the temperature of the carrying materials has to be known, but also the heated status of the belt surface has to be learnt during the practical operation.

Features:
With the advantages of thin belt with light weight, high tensile strength, fatigue and wear resistance, erosion resistance of water/steam/chemical, good impact resistance, excellent groove formation ability, low elongation, good stability ever heated and long service life, it's the developing trend of fabric conveyor belt. It is mainly used in harsh condition of long distance,heavy-load, high-chemical corrosive etc, it is especially suitable for transporting in moist environment.
