Polyester core conveyer belt is a multi-layer polyester canvas bonded together by a certain way, from top to bottom coverage of high strength, good wear-resistant flexible rubber, no special corrosion for the transmission of small and medium-sized block, powder, granular and other materials.

It is widely use in many fields like the following:
1.Applications: The steel cord conveyor belt is widely  used in distributed occasions ,such as cement industry, coal  mines, quarries, mining, electric power Plants,          metallurgic industry, ports  and chemical industry, etc.
2.Advantages:The belt has properties of high tensile strength, low elongation, impact resistance and good trough ability. It's available for long-distance,
   Large-capacity and high-speed transportation of materials.
3.Better flexure than multi-ply fabric  belt with the same strength; smaller diameters for the required pulley.
4.sing galvanized open steel cords and rubber materials with a property of good adhesion, which creates a good combination between the steel and the core
    Rubber .And the belt can show good impact resistance and have a long working life.
5.With advanced manufacturing techniques, steel cords are evenly arranged with the same tension,Therefore, the belt can run well and avoid drift.
6.One or two layers of anti-tear materials are added to the products according to customers' special requests in order to decrease the possibilities of tear

Conveying small and not large massiveness materials, meanliness materials and biscuit materials.
